On average, for Bartenders/Mixologists, it's 1 per 50 guests, adjusted for beverage complexity. Servers, 1 per 25 guests plated meals and 1 per 45 guests for buffet.

We hired Rockstar Bartending for a 60th birthday celebration, and they were amazing to work with. How do I start. First, we got this company for my wedding. Our server, Bryce, was by far a gift from the heavens. I've never seen someone work so hard, be so dedicated and also have the friendly, welcoming demeanor she had. The day was perfect, largely in part to Bryce as well as our bartender (who i sadly forgot the name of!) Any event I ever have, I'd come back to Rockstar and I know I'd be asking for Bryce specifically. 10/10, outstanding service.
